This error is reported by Ubuntu package manager (apt-get), did you perform "apt-get update" before installing iRedMail? Please install iRedMail by following installation guide strictly:
http://www.iredmail.org/install_iredmail_on_ubuntu.html

I try clean iredmail by tools/clear_iredmail.sh
is Ok and I try new install has problem this below
hostname -f is show correct
