The installation process went on smooth. </p><p>All the relavant pages give 404. The url itself says &quot;It Works&quot; like the fresh apache webserver</p><p>http://your_server/mail/ (or /webmail, /roundcube)&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br />iRedAdmin (admin panel)&nbsp; &nbsp; httpS://your_server/iredadmin/&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br />phpMyAdmin&nbsp; &nbsp; httpS://your_server/phpmyadmin/&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br />phpLDAPadmin&nbsp; &nbsp; httpS://your_server/phpldapadmin/&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br />Awstats&nbsp; &nbsp; httpS://your_server/awstats/awstats.pl?config=web (or ?config=smtp)</p><p>Steps I followed:</p><p>1) As per stackexchange (<a href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11678749/iredmail-email-server-is-not-working-in-ubuntu">http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1167 … -in-ubuntu</a>), I changed roundcubemail.conf file. <br />2) Restarted the server which gave<br />Syntax error on line 26 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/awstats.conf:<br />Invalid command &#039;AuthMySQL&#039;, perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration<br />Action &#039;configtest&#039; failed.<br />The Apache error log may have more information.<br />&nbsp; &nbsp;...fail!<br />3) Fixed the error by apt-get install libapache2-mod-auth-mysql<br />4) restarted apache successfully <br />5) My url now lands on roundcube page but it says <br />DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!</p><br /><p>I am giving up hope on redmail. Its a complete fresh installation of ubuntu 12.04. What exactly is going on ? I&#039;ll truly appreciate some help . </p><p>Thanks in advance</p>]]></content>
