I'm so sorry that there's a bug in iRedAPD rc script, it causes iRedAPD can't start automatically when system startup on Debian and Ubuntu (works well on RHEL/CentOS/openSUSE/FreeBSD), and you will get error message like below in postfix maillog when sending out mails:
Apr 2 04:36:00 fornax postfix/smtpd[2387]: warning: connect to 127.0.0.1:7777: Connection refused
Apr 2 04:36:00 fornax postfix/smtpd[2387]: warning: problem talking to server 127.0.0.1:7777: Connection refused

Since this is just a quick fix without new features/improvements, we keep the version number as v0.7.0 to avoid confusion questions like "How to upgrade from 0.7.0 to 0.7.1".
